Ingo Wolfgang Sarlet is a professor of Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. He has a PhD in Law from the University of Munich (LMU) and is a former judge of the Court of Justice for Rio Grande do Sul. Today, he works as a lawyer and legal advisor.
