As the head of case management at the Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO) Malaysia, Manissha Kaur oversees social work services for gender-based violence survivors, coordinating with police and hospitals while managing the shelter. She is also pursuing an MA in human rights practice at the University of Arizona.
