Raymond A. Smith, PhD, LLM, is a faculty member and executive committee member of the Human Rights Practice Program in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Arizona. He is the author of the book Extending International Human Rights Protections to Vulnerable Populations and editor of the UArizona HRTS Blog.
