Zach Lampell leads the global freedom of expression program at the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL), which focuses on protecting and promoting freedom of speech online as well as digital rights affecting civil society. Zach is also responsible for developing ICNL’s programming related to artificial intelligence.
