Nora Hertz, LLM (KCL), is a PhD candidate and research assistant at the Institute of Public Law at the University of Freiburg, Department 2 (Public International Law, Comparative Law). She studied law at Humboldt-University Berlin, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, and King’s College London. Her research interests include human rights, artificial intelligence, and neurotechnologies, as well as technology regulation and environmental law.
